- 4 big apples (preferably Bramley or cooking apples)
- handful of raisins (OPTIONAL)
- 100g butter
- 100g sugar (brown sugar is a nice, stickier alternative)
- 150g flour
Heat the oven - 200 degree
Mix the sugar & the flour. Add cubes of butter and mix by hand to form a paste.
Peel & cut the apples and put them in a greased tin / pirex dish. Add the raisins (optional). Crumble the paste on top until the apples are totally covered.
Cook for 30 minutes until the crumble is golden.
