Pascal’s Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of Beef - cut in square
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves - halved
  • Olive oil
  • 3 Cans of already made tomato sauce (Preferably with garlic and herbs)

Method

Step 1

Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the beef and fry well on each side. Add salt & pepper (some chillies - OPTIONAL)

Step 2

Add the tomato sauce, cover and cook for 3 hours.
