Bircher Müsli

Ingredients
- 200 grams of oak flakes
- 4 dl milk (or 1/2 milk and 1/2 fruit juice (i.e. orange)
- 1 yoghurt
- 1 or 2 apples (preferably slightly acid) and other fruits (i.e.dried currants, plums, bananas etc.)
- 1 small carrot
- Some lemon juice
Method
Step 1
Mix milk (yoghurt) with oak flakes (let soak for the night for better digestion)
Step 2
Great one apple and the small carrot. Add to the mix
Step 3
Add lemon juice
Step 4
Cut all fruits the size you like
Step 5
Mix all (should not be too thick) if needed add some milk or juice
Step 6
To sweeten add some honey
