- 200g Butter
- 200g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 100ml Milk
- 200g Self raising Flour
- 50g Chocolate Powder
- a handful of Chocolate chips (OPTIONAL)
Preheat the oven to 180 degree C. Mix the butter and sugar into a paste. Add the eggs one by one and mix into a creamy paste. Add the milk.
Add flour and mix with a spatula or a wooden spoon. Finally add the chocolate powder and the chocolate chips (optional).
Pour into a greased tin. Bake for 50 minutes.
