Ingredients

  • Lamb x 1 lb (450g)
  • Cumin x 1/2 tea spoon
  • Tumeric x 1 tea spoon
  • Onion x 1
  • Tinned Tomatoes x 350g tin
  • Cinnamon x 1/4 tea spoon
  • Green Peas 1/2 cup
  • Vegetable stock x 1
  • For the Paste: 1 small piece of Ginger, 1 x Chilly, 2 x Garlic Cloves, 1 x small bunch of Coriander

Method

Step 1

Boil the lamb and strain

Step 2

Make a paste blending the Ginger, Chillies, Garlic & Coriander.

Step 3

Fry onions in Olive oil. Add the paste and all the spices. Let it cook for a while then add the Lamb.

Step 4

When the lamb has nearly cooked, add the Green Peas
