Mini Jam Tarts

  • 1 Puff pastry (already rolled or home made)
  • Strawberry Jam (or any other preferred flavour)
  • 1 IKEA plastic cup


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the pastry using the IKEA cup and place the circles in a greased muffin tin.

Step 2

Prick the individual puff pastry with a fork

Step 3

With a spoon pour some jam in the middle. Only Pour one or two small spoons before you cook ... bake for about 20 minutes. Then add another spoon of Jam when it comes out of the oven (so that the Jam won't be too hot and sticky).
