Ingredients

  • 1 Tin Organic Chickpeas, drained, liquid reserved
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 glug Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1 heaping Tbsp dark Tahini
  • Salt, pepper. Paprika to taste

Method

Step 1

Place drained chickpeas in food processor or hand lender container, add all the ingredients and 1/4 of the reserved liquid. Blitz ingredients until smooth. If mixture is too sticky and craggy, add liquid until desired consistency. I find the amount of liquid necessary depends on the brand of chickpeas and their size. That's it!
