Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • parsnips
  • sweet potatoes
  • swede
  • butternut squash
  • courgette
  • garlic cloves - cut in half
  • onion
  • olive oil

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 - 200. Chop all the vegetable roughly the same size (choose as many or as little as you want or have available).

Step 2

Put them in a sachet or a container with a lid , with some olive oil and shake so that all the veggies are covered with oil.

Step 3

Put them in a roasting tray and roast for 40 - 45 minute turning them from time to time to make sure they evenly roast.
