Spaghetti Bolognese – with Minced Lamb

Ingredients

  • Sweet Peppers x 1
  • Mushrooms x 4oz (110g)
  • Tomato Puree x 1 tea spoon
  • Tinned Tomatoes x 350g tin
  • Tomato sauce x 1 tea spoon
  • Paprika x 1 tea spoon
  • Black pepper x 1/2 tea spoon
  • Onions x 1
  • Olice Oil x 1 table spoon
  • Vegetable Stock x 2 cubes
  • Spaghetti
  • Mixed Herbs x 1 tea spoon
  • Minced Lamb x 1 lb (450g)

Method

Step 1

Boil Water & add a splash of Olive Oil, then add Spaghett

Step 2

Boil the lamb and strain

Step 3

Make a paste blending Ginger, Chillies, Garlic & Coriander. Add the paste to Olive Oil in a pan

Step 4

Add Lamb, Paprika, Pepper, Sugar, Mixed Herbs, Tomato Puree & Tomato Sauce

Step 5

Add Vegetable Stock.

Step 6

Let it cook for a while

Step 7

Strain the Spaghetti and serve together with lamb
