Super Quick Chili con Carne

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1/2 an onion
- 500g of minced beef (you can also use left over bolognese instead)
- Sea salt & pepper, garlic powder
- 1 can of butter beans
- 1 can of red kidney beans
- 1 can of baked beans
- 1/2 a can of chopped tomatoes
- Tabasco and chili flakes
Method
Step 1
Fry the onion on medium heat for 3 minutes (you could add an optional red pepper at this stage). Add the minced meat and stir well for another 5 minutes. Add sea salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Step 2
Add the various beans type and the chopped tomatoes (or any left over tomato sauce that sits in your fridge). Add tabasco and chili flakes to the grown ups portions
