Super Quick Chili con Carne

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 an onion
  • 500g of minced beef (you can also use left over bolognese instead)
  • Sea salt & pepper, garlic powder
  • 1 can of butter beans
  • 1 can of red kidney beans
  • 1 can of baked beans
  • 1/2 a can of chopped tomatoes
  • Tabasco and chili flakes

Method

Step 1

Fry the onion on medium heat for 3 minutes (you could add an optional red pepper at this stage). Add the minced meat and stir well for another 5 minutes. Add sea salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Step 2

Add the various beans type and the chopped tomatoes (or any left over tomato sauce that sits in your fridge). Add tabasco and chili flakes to the grown ups portions
