Sweetcorn lollipops

Ingredients

  • 2 sweetcorn cobs
  • 4 corn cob holders / skewers
  • little butter

Method

Step 1

Half the sweet corn cobs and boil for 5 minutes. Cool them down a bit then put the skewers and melt some butter around it.

Step 2

A nice option is also to grill the cobs on the BBQ (I usually pre-cook them so it doesn't need to grill for too long) Enjoy!
