Tomato and Celery Sauce2015-05-19

- 3 small Celery Branches - cut finely
- 1 Onion - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp of Olive oil
- 1 Carrot grated
- 6 Tomatoes peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1/2 vegetable stock
- a bit of water
Fry the Celery and the onion in the Olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the grated carrots and stir for another 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, the puree, the stock and the water an simmer for about 15 minutes. Add more water if you want more sauce.
