- 200g can of tuna in sunflower oil
- 1 and a 1/2 slices of bread made into breadcrumbs
- 50g cheddar cheese finely grated
- 1 egg beaten
- Sunflower oil for frying
Get a large bowl and tip the tuna and it's oil into it. Add the breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Add the beaten egg and give it a good stir.
Roll in into 12 bite size separate balls.
Heat the oil in the frying pan and on a medium heat fry the balls for 8-10 minutes, turning often, until they are golden brown. drain them on kitchen roll and serve.
